Refunds and Returns

If you purchased your CHANGE product from a retailer directly please return to the retailer and they will assess your warranty claim and provide a replacement or exchange directly. It is usually quicker and cheaper for you to return to your retailer instead of returning directly to HQ. We hope this will also get you up and running with a working product sooner and avoid unnecessary shipping delays.

If you have purchased your product from CHANGE website please send an email with photographs of the defective parts to sales@change.com. Each case will be assessed individually and if we require the product to be returned, postage will be covered by the customer.

Due to the fragile nature of the product we do not offer refunds for change of mind and a refund may only be offered after thorough assessment of the product.
